Mimaya Dale, the designer of the Ohgi ring has delivered a symbolic message with this ring. Her inspiration of the ring came from positive meanings that Japanese folding fans have and how much they are loved in the Japanese culture. She uses 18K Yellow gold and a sapphire for the material and they bring out luxurious aura. Moreover, the folding fan sits on a ring in an angle which give a unique beauty. Her design is a unity between East and West.
Continue readingCombining with fashion and advanced technology, the project aims to create jewelry pieces which can make the old Gothic elements into a new style, discussing the potential of the traditional in the contemporary context. With the interest in the way how Gothic vibes influences audience, the project also tries to provoke unique individual experience through playful interaction, exploring the relationship between design and wearers. Synthetic gemstones, as a lower eco-imprint material, were cut into unusually flat surfaces to cast their colors onto the skin to enhance the interaction.
Continue readingPersian peacock ring inspired by the peacock. In Persian mythology, the peacock is a symbol of paradise, regality, nobility and beauty. Emerald and Sapphire present peacock's feathers in green and blue. Different software packages used for designing and 3D-modelling the ring. Then, it 3D-printed in wax and direct cast in three parts. Finally, gemstones set on the ring by using Micro-setting technique. Top of the head and eyes plated in yellow gold.

Also, the silver-made main shank of the ring, which is a signification of human corporeal vessel, can be used as a discrete piece of jewelry. The stone in the center is placed as a beating heart with golden capillaries. Moreover, the stone of the internal ring has been made out of natural and nature-friendly materials; in which no chemical color or substance was used in the process of making and production.

The watch is available in three different case colors (gold, silver, and black), two dial shades (Deep Blue and Black Sea) and six strap models, in two different materials.
