The inspiration behind Dance Anatomy collection lies in contemporary dance and represents a reinterpretation of a human body. The author studied the captured positions of dancers and the processes existing in their bodies and further translated these processes into graphic language and came up with the forms and silhouettes that further became wearable objects (earrings, pendants, rings).
Continue readingInspired by Chinoiserie, the 18th century’s prominent Oriental Rococo style, this collection uses traditional Oriental elements such as peony, bamboo weaving, puzzle balls, and jade and reinterpreted with edgy fashionable elements. The set is made of solid bronze with 18 karat gold plating and was made by direct metal laser 3D printing, without moulding, casting and welding. The set integrates Embedded Gemstones, a signature feature and technique developed by the GemX team, making jewelry with metal 3D printing with embedded gemstones without welding.

"Gourd" is a homophone for "Good Fortune" in Chinese. Unique style of the gourd shape for this jewelry series lies in the "Good Fortune" hidden in the gourd and the design of the abstract and enjoyable curves closely follows the shape of two Chinese characters of "Big Fortune". 3D printing technology is used in this 18k gold series, and it can greatly improve efficiency of the jewelry processing workshop.
