Ataraxia

Combining with fashion and advanced technology, the project aims to create jewelry pieces which can make the old Gothic elements into a new style, discussing the potential of the traditional in the contemporary context. With the interest in the way how Gothic vibes influences audience, the project also tries to provoke unique individual experience through playful interaction, exploring the relationship between design and wearers. Synthetic gemstones, as a lower eco-imprint material, were cut into unusually flat surfaces to cast their colors onto the skin to enhance the interaction.

Coral

Cufflinks hold the cuffs of a shirt together. They can be bulky, usually made of expensive materials to show the status of its wearer. The Coral Cufflinks were designed in the best tradition of Italian love for simplicity. They are featuring a unique, organic see-through look, creating lightness, while the rough inner texture is creating added contrast. Each cufflink is hand made from Sterling Silver. To keep its shine, they are individually polished and either Platinum or Rose Gold plated. The flat, fin-like stem prevents rotating, making it easy to put them on and off.

Grajang Jewelry Brand: draws inspiration from traditional Thai patterns, jewelry and lore, which are simplified, adapted and combined with contemporary trends in jewelry and modern production techniques, resulting in modern vintage designs that give a more universal appeal to the aesthetics of Thai arts and allow it to be appreciated in a novel approach. LubLae is a collection of modern vintage Thai jewelry that re-imagines the traditional Grajang tracery by giving it a modern form and stacking them into overlapping layers, creating an elaborate pattern and an illusion of depth.

Homa

Homa is designed to be a practical dual purpose artwork, changing from a ring to a necklace. It gives its user the option of choosing the function to stimulate the feeling of interaction amid the creator and the user. Since the inner ring is elastic, it can be adjusted based on the size of user’s finger. A rail mechanism, based on train wheels, is devised to turn the ring to a necklace. Choosing a rail mechanism and making the movable part of ring are the creative parts of this design. A simple lock has been utilized beneath this piece; so it could be fixed after getting in the Ring mode.

Gabo

The Gabo ring was designed to encourage people to revisit the playful side of life which is usually lost when adulthood arrives. The designer was inspired by the memories of observing her son playing with his colorful magic cube. The user can play with the ring by rotating the two independent modules. By doing this, the gemstone color sets or the position of the modules can be matched or mismatched. Besides the playful aspect, the user has the choice of wearing a different ring everyday.
